Realizing she was in fact alive the men brought her back to Gaelwyn as she possibly was the only link to whoever took the Phoenix Tear. After determining she knew nothing of the events that happened, the Court deemed her an orphan and sent her to the Priestess Anastasiya. Anastasiya a kind and loving woman took her in and began training her. Several weeks after Myliana came to Gaelwyn, mysterious things began to happen.
Generally the Kingdom was happy in their isolation away from the world; however people began to notice that they all began to feel alike. When one person was happy, everyone was happy, when someone was crying everyone cried, and when one person was angry, well bad things began to happen. An investigation was conducted to determine the reason for such things, it was finally noted that everyone heard a sound or tone and shortly after the emotions rushed out of them uncontrollably. Never before had Anastasiya experienced something like this. The girl had the ability to sing and invoke her emotions upon all those whom heard it. Anastasiya knew then that if it was discovered that Myliana was the cause of this her abilities would likely be used as a weapon. Anastasiya quickly wielded a spell over Myliana that weakened the extent of her voice. Anastasiya molded Myliana into a woman of elegance and beauty, arming her with knowledge and captivation. Myliana was quickly becoming this prophecy and the King decided that Myliana must be controlled.
The King decided Myliana had become an instrument, and instrument could be used for both good and evil. Myliana would need to be used only for the purposes of Gaelwyn. Anastasiya sensing the imminent imprisonment and eventual execution of Myliana decided that Myliana must be allowed to fulfill the prophecy of change, her God commanded so. Anastasiya made passage for Myliana to escape Gaelwyn. Upon hearing of Myliana’s disappearance the King ordered she be killed onsite, such a weapon cannot be allowed to escape them again. Moments before Anastasiya and Myliana were to breech the magical veil, they were ambushed by trackers. Anastasiya was killed first, and the men began to close around Myliana. These men were trained to resist her voice as she pleaded with them. The first of the trackers grabbed her and then she discovered a new talent of hers. She began emitting a fragrance from her body, the secretions of sweat caused the men to lust for her angrily, and they first began to rip at her but then begin fighting amongst themselves.
